YOUNG BLACK WOMEN SCHOLARS PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Oakland/Bay Area Chapter (OBAC) Young Black Women Scholars Program offers scholarships to women students in Bay Area schools who are bound for a four-year university, JC/community college or trade school. The program also accepts applications from undergraduate and graduate students who have attended high school in the Bay Area.

WORKING WOMEN’S SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) Oakland/Bay Area Chapter is accepting applications for the Working Women Scholarship program from working women attending a college, university, or other post-secondary institution of higher learning. Priority will be given to women seeking their first degree. NCBW is a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of African-American women and girls in particular, and the Black community in general. The Oakland/Bay Area Chapter accomplishes its mission through education, programs for girls and women, scholarships and community grants.

The Application deadline is April 29, 2017  and applicants are accepted on a first come basis, space is limited.
